As a kid I grew up eating anything I wanted. One day in 7th grade my mom thought I was a little too short and small for my age so she took me a GI doctor. After many tests they came to realize my body was full of gluten antibodies. It was hard for me to endure. I went from eating totally everything to half my diet being restricted. I faced many hardships. Luckily one of my best friend's dad had Celiac as well. I reached out to his family a lot as they helped me along the way. My family and I would go through a lot to figure out what was gluten free and what wasn't. I now have accepted this hardship and I would like for you to continue on this journey with me.
